Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aurelia Aesthetics ("Aurelia," "we," "us," or "our"), a medical aesthetics practice located at 635 Madison Avenue, Suite 1201, New York, NY 10022. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services at our clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be available on our website with the updated effective date.
Aurelia Aesthetics is a doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic staffed by board-certified physicians and licensed aesthetic practitioners. We offer a range of non-surgical aesthetic and medical treatments, including but not limited to:
All clinical services are performed exclusively by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals. Treatment availability is subject to clinical assessment and physician discretion. We reserve the right to decline or modify any requested treatment that a physician determines is not appropriate for a patient's individual health profile.
Appointments may be scheduled via our website, by telephone at +1 (212) 935-8840, or through our designated booking platforms. Appointment confirmation is subject to staff availability and is not guaranteed until you receive a written or digital confirmation from our team.
New patients are required to complete a medical history and consent form prior to or at the time of their first appointment. Failure to provide accurate and complete health information may affect your eligibility for certain treatments and is your responsibility.
We understand that schedules change. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can offer that time to other patients.
Cancellation Fee: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file. Appointments booked as package treatments or prepaid sessions follow the same cancellation policy.
Patients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged a $100 fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or, at our discretion, a suspension of booking privileges.
We strive to run on schedule out of respect for all patients. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the late cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late.
All services are payable in full at the time of treatment unless a written payment plan has been arranged in advance with our administrative team. We do not bill insurance for aesthetic services, as these are elective, non-covered procedures. However, certain medical dermatology services may be eligible for insurance billing — please inquire at the time of booking.
We accept the following forms of payment:
FSA and HSA cards are accepted for treatments that qualify as medically eligible expenses. Please consult with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility before your appointment, as Aurelia Aesthetics cannot provide FSA/HSA eligibility determinations.
Treatment pricing is provided during consultation and may vary based on the amount of product used, the complexity of treatment, and individual clinical factors. Quoted prices are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to the start of any procedure.
Fees for completed treatments are non-refundable. If you have prepaid for a treatment package, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus any applicable administrative fee, at our discretion. Deposits paid to secure appointment slots are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within the cancellation window described in Section 3.
Important: The information on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results from aesthetic treatments vary by individual. No guarantee of specific outcomes is made or implied.
All treatments carry inherent risks. Prior to any procedure, our physicians will conduct a thorough consultation, review your medical history, and obtain your informed consent. You will be given the opportunity to ask questions and must disclose all relevant health conditions, medications, and allergies. Failure to disclose accurate medical information may void our liability for adverse outcomes.
Specific medical disclaimers include:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurelia Aesthetics, its physicians, staff, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under New York State law.
This limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights as a patient under New York State or federal law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreements signed at the time of your consultation or treatment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurelia Aesthetics regarding your use of our services and website.
